Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel at any point before work starts and receive a full refund of anything already paid. Work is considered started when the first deliverable of the engagement is begun, which is stated in writing at kick-off.

To cancel, email anandhusiva1234@gmail.com from the address associated with the engagement. A cancellation is effective from the time that email is received.

If you cancel within 7 days of a payment and work has begun, you are refunded the balance of that payment less the work already completed, calculated against the milestones agreed in the proposal.

Where no milestones were agreed, the refund is the payment less time already spent, itemised in writing so you can see what is being deducted.

After 7 days, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any amount paid in advance of work not yet started is refunded in full.

A retainer may be cancelled with 14 days notice. The current month is not refunded; no further months are billed.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and settle in 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You receive written confirmation with the refund reference when it is initiated. If it has not reached you within 5-7 business days of that confirmation, contact me and I will trace it with the payment provider.

• Work already completed and delivered to you.
• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — domains, licences, paid APIs — where those are non-refundable to me.
• The current month of an active retainer at the point of cancellation.

Raise it before cancelling. Most dissatisfaction is a specific fixable thing, and revisions within the agreed scope are included in the price. If it cannot be resolved, the cancellation terms above apply from the date you raise it, not the date you give up.
